Ambassador of Russia extends birthday greetings to the President of the Council

President of the National Council for Coordination of Cooperation with the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China Tomislav Nikolić received a birthday message from Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Belgrade His Excellency Aleksandr Botsan-Kharchenko. The congratulatory letter reads as follows:
