Council President Nikolić and Serbian Minister of Mining and Energy Antić had a meeting with representatives of China’s TBEA

President of the National Council for Coordination of Cooperation with the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China Tomislav Nikolić and Serbian Minister of Mining and Energy Aleksandar Antić had a meeting in Shanghai with the President of China’s TBEA Mr. Dong Chen.

In the talks with Council President Nikolić and Minister Antić, the TBEA President expressed an interest in the enhancement of cooperation with the Serbian Government and particularly in building a cogeneration power plant to generate both heating and electricity. The gas-fired thermal power plant would be built in Kragujevac due to the problems facing Kragujevac in the heating season.
